TOPIC: Terms and Conditon pop does not show Message

Sir,
I am using "com_dtregister2_6_8b_J15.zip" with joomla 1.5 I have sucessfully installed it in my local and online server.

But when I turned on the Terms and Condition it shows me blank white popup with no message written on it.

It is showing messgae only on my local machine but not on my online server why what will be the problem. Please let me know what are the additional steps to make it run correct in online server.

I'm using 2.7.5c and it does popup, but it's weird in that it pops up an entire html page of my website - complete with main menu navigation - in a tiny little window where the "terms" message is being treated like a Joomla article, but because the window is so small, it gets cut off pretty badly. Very weird. I hope the solution is forthcoming.
