Hi
I just purchased DT Register, it's really great so far.
My question:
When a user cancels a registration, the record is still there. It then does not allow that user to register again (because I have overlap switched on to prevent users registering twice for the same date).
As admin I have to physically go into the backend and delete their registration records, then the user has to log out, log in again before their registration details are updated. Is there a way around this / a fix?
When the site goes live I'll have around 300 registrations a day to deal with so it will be a nightmare if I physically have to delete and then also explain to users that they must log in and out etc.

Hello. When a user cancels, the record does NOT get removed, but the status should change from "active" to "cancelled". Then the record should not count as being registered. I can't replicate a problem like this on our sites. Please submit a ticket so we can check your configuration and determine what's going on. Thanks.

Thanks but I managed to solve the problem - it was because the test event was set to public instead of registered.
Problem fixed. The record does remain, however the user IS able to book once again.

Right, the record will exist unless you actually delete it... it just gets changed to a "Cancelled" status. If you need anything else, let us know. Also, don't forget to tell everyone on the JED how cool DT Register is :)
