my colleague asked me to see the users (records for an event).
Is there a way to show him from the front end?
Or the only way is to make him manager from back end?
Hello. You can enable a frontend attendee's list per event, then set it as public or private... private meaning logged in users can view it. You can customize what data is shown in the attendee's list in the main configuration area of DT Register. Thanks.
thank you for your answer.
A last questions please: from view all events clients can see all the events and for each events the records. Is it possible to hide this field?
Then an other question: the web site has a log in form for users (registrant), if I put private the attendees list, all the web site users will see the list.
I don't know if this can be positive.. ! may be yes..
If yes my colleague can be like a normal client and see the attendees of course..
If you are referring to hiding the "View All Events" button, that can be disabled in the EventLink Plugin. Then you'd just see the "Register" button where the plugin displays.
Right, the attendees list is accessible to any logged in user when it is set as private. There is currently no way to set the list to be visible to only a specific person. Our upcoming 2.7 version has a full set of permissions that you can set so certain user types and/or individual users can do only the functions that you enable them for. For now, you could provide your friend a CSV export file... or let them see the records either through the frontend or the backend. More options just around the corner though
