TOPIC: Colour coding full / available events?

Hi,
I use DT register to control phone appointments with my clients - one complaint they have of the way the calendar is not being able to see which events are free / fully booked.

Is it possible to colour code when an event is already full?

If you are using the calendar view, that would be JEvents... so there is no way to have JEvents re-color an event based on the registration status in DT Register. We do not modify JEvents at all.

When we release version 2.7 of DT Register, it has its own integrated calendar. On initial release, it will not do the color coding as you have described, but we'll certainly add that and other similar things very soon. It will probably be the beginning of October when you see this new release.

Has this function now been made available on DT 2.7.2 native Calendar? I also need color coding of full events, specifically for Appointment time slots. (repeating events set to 1 hour lengths, 6 different slots/day, lots of weekdays)

I see that the difference at present is only that calendar event link does NOT function if event is full, so user needs to click every one to find a free slot!

I tried setting Show Number Registered: in Config/Event listing, to show but this does not show in calendar.

No, a color coding for the event status is not integrated yet. We'll try to get it added soon though.

Is it on the roadmap?

I would like to bump this as well.

Even if the color didnt change, it would be nice if the "full" icon came up on the event hover in calendar view.
