TOPIC: Paypal not updating record

So after the upgrade to 2.6.8, we still have an issue where a user registers and pays successfully, and their info is registered successfully, and then... honestly, not sure this every worked as we just deployed.

IF they return to edit their registration and pay the difference via PayPal, the event registrant is NOT informed of the change via a DT Reg Email via Joomla, NOR is a Joomla Admin.

However, the event registrant does receive a PayPal notice of the payment.

Also DT register record does NOT capture the change(s).

And per an earlier ticket, we updated PayPal with our main domain name in the notification url and enabled the IPN messages.
