We are seeing duplicate registration records being written to the site. PayPal is not being charged twice. The user did not register twice.
This has happened on one event for three users. We have other users writing a single registration record for the same event. I don't know what these three users have in common yet.
Are there any known cases in this version of duplicate registration records? Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?
actually we have this happen too. However this does not happen with every registration. Just then and when two registrations are written to the database.
It is not a clicking error, as it happend to me while I tested it as well.
My client is now using this live and I have found so far (admittedly on a small sample) that every Google Checkout results in two records in DT Register (with different confirmation numbers).
Is there a solution to this yet that I've missed elsewhere in the forum?
Guys, please upgrade to the new 2.7.0. If you have this issue still, submit a ticket and we'll dig in from there. This is not an issue we can replicate on our sites, so after upgrading, provide as much detail as possible that we could use to try and replicate. Thanks.
