[SOLVED] custom fields not available to link to event 14 years 3 months ago #9007

I just added 12 new custom fields to DT Register. I now have 19 custom fields in all. However when adding new event or modifying existing events, none of the new custom fields are available to attach to events. It's really weird. Everything was working perfectly before.

Anyone on this board experienced this? Any idea why? Please see attached screenshots to see what is happening. Thanks for any help.

I'm assuming your new fields are CONDITIONAL fields. This is not a bug. Purposely, any fields that only display conditional on the selections of another field... those fields will not display in that list. If the parent level custom field is enabled for your event, then the conditional fields are automatically enabled as well. This is explained in the video tutorials as well.
