I've noticed that DTRegister still requires an uninstall to do an upgrade. Why? Components like Docman or JCE simply provide an updater and do not require an uninstall.

Since I do things like replace stock buttons with better looking versions, an upgrade that left anything not changed completely alone (such as images) would REALLY save me time.
