Very odd. We'll need more details of how this can be replicated. Please submit a ticket with this info and anything else that could be helpful. What event? Payment method? Etc... Were records created in DT Reg for these 2 blanks? Or was just the email blank? If a record exists, which records are they? Provide this data and we'll check into it.
