TOPIC: ipn return to site

is there a way to have paypal return the user to the site automatically? i know the return to site button is on the paypal confirmation page but i would like users returned automatically. please let me know - thanks

Sorry, but no. If you enable auto-return in PayPal, it will cause the IPN to not work correctly and the record creation WILL fail. However with IPN setup properly, even if the user does not return, the record will be created.

I have a question that is related to this... the return to site button sends me to a 404 page. Is there a place within DT register to define which page this link should go to?

The link I am referring to is the one on the Payment Cancelled page, that the link on the return to your site link on the PayPal screen goes to. The link on the PayPal screen works fine.

The Return to site link on the above page, goes to the 404 page. Just wanted to clarify.
