TOPIC: [SOLVED] Not able to cancel event

Altough I have enabled the cancellation option with a date in the setup of my event via tab "User Panel", I am not able to cancel event.

In the event list on frontend there is no cancellation button.

I am using DTREgister 2.6.8c - therefore I have the newest version installed as per recommendation in other threats for similar issues.. but issue is not solved.

What can I do now...?

This user submitted a ticket, which was answered already. (by the way - tickets AND forum posts is not needed. Just makes double work for us) Here is what their issue was...

This is not a bug. If you look now, you will see the change and cancel icons are showing. I disabled the charging of a fee for changes and cancellations because the user panel is setup to not allow those functions if there is a fee AND if Pay Later is the only available payment option. Obviously, if you want to charge a cancellation fee but only pay later is available, someone can cancel but never pay you the fee. This way, to cancel or change they must make the payment on the site immediately, or that action is not allowed. So this is why you didn't see the icons.

Just think about this structure and determine how you should setup your events. I see you are developing the site still, so not sure if you'll be using other payment options later or not. But if Pay Later is it, then you'll either have to remove change/cancel fees... or remove that option to the users.
