Okay everything in DT Register is working good. There are only two problems. In the back end (administration) when i select and event to edit it it shows the error message "could not find the target element" also when I click on the event on the website it shows this error message :

Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to (my domain name)

SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

* The page you are trying to view can not be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

* Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem. Alternatively, use the command found in the help menu to report this broken site.

Can anyone help I would appreciate it

As answered already in your ticket...

1) This issue occurs in some sites based on server configurations mainly, but also is usually seen when old versions of Joomla are being used (applies to your site for sure) and the default TinyMCE text editor is in use (applies again). There is no reason to ever use TinyMCE. It's garbage. Download the free JCE editor and install it. Then set your global config to use JCE as your default editor. That should solve your editing problem. Definitely should upgrade Joomla too... for security reasons if nothing else.

2. As described in our readme file, you should not use the SSL plugin if you don't actually have a SSL certificate setup for your domain name. That is why you are seeing this. Until you have a properly setup SSL certificate, uninstall our SSL plugin. You only would need SSL if you were using Authorize.net for payments anyway in DT Register.
