TOPIC: attendees list

Hi, I was wondering if there was anyway to add in code to have a default sort of the attendee's list, here is our attendees list http://www.copaontario.org/component/dtregister/?eventId=6&task=registrant_list basically we would like to sort by 1 or multiple options, ie - "Belt Rank Gi" or if at all possible "Belt Rank GI" then "Weight" then "Gender" then "Age", also I was wondering it was possible to put in a default display amount, I would like to show "all" vs the "100" that is starts with.
