I have a Custom Field that is a Fee Field. We offer a discount in certain cases.
When someone does a Group Registration, the discount applies to everyone in the group (ie several times). I only want the discount to be applied once for the entire group. Is this possible?
I know I could take the discount and divide it by the number of members and use that value. However, we have multiple pricing (and discount) levels.
Register in groups of 2 - 4, it is one discount.
Register in groups of 5 - 9, it is another discount.
Register in groups of 10 or more, it is another discount.
For group registrations, you can designate (per event) how the custom field is used: for each member in the group, billing only, or both. Sounds like you have it set to be used for each member, where you just need to set it for billing only. Then it will only be applied one time for the overall transaction, not for each person.
