How do I remove the title from the events registration page, I removed the language but it shows the icon for the heading which needs to go bye bye

I assume you removed the language for DT_EVENT_REGISTRATION. To remove this from the code, go to this file:
/components/com_dtregister/dtregister.php

Search for this line and then completely remove it... or comment it out:

<th colspan="3" class="componentheading"><?php echo JText::_( 'DT_EVENT_REGISTRATION' );?></th></tr>
