TOPIC: Multiple tickets for individual

Hi!

I'm trying to setup a custom field to allow a single user to purchase multiple tickets for a fund raiser. How do you calculate the price * ticketCount?

I've got the custom field required so a user can enter their ticket count, but not too sure how to go from here. How can you force it to be numerical?

I don't see this data type either...I just selected "Text"

I don't have a capacity limit, so reading from other posts, that's a good thing.

I think I got it...at least I hope the client likes the approach.

I created a radio button group with options of:
1 3 5 8 10
...for the number of tickets they'd like to purchase.

Then, for the fee option just below the values area, since it's $20/ticket, I just applied the fee...so, if they buy 3 tickets, $20 + (2 * $20) = $60.

This way too I don't have to worry about validation against a non-numeric type and someone trying to do 1.5 tickets, etc.
