TOPIC: [SOLVED] registration number not incrementing in 2.6.7

Hello,

I have recently updated my DT register installation to 2.6.7. I created some new events this week and noticed that each new registered individual is getting the same registration number 1. I have changed the configuration from random to incremental but it doesn't change for each new registration. Has anybody else experienced this?

This means you didn't follow the upgrade instructions and SAVE the DT Register configuration after upgrading. You should ALWAYS re-save the config after upgrading as there are usually new options there and you need to make sure the new parameters are saved into your database.

New options were added for the confirmation number... they aren't saved into your database yet... so it isn't being handled as you'd expect.

So, go to the first page of the configuration, see the new options for the confirmation number... set them as desired... save... then you're all set.
