TOPIC: Emailing Registrants

I have noticed that not everyone is recieving my emails when I email all that have registered. It works for one event, but not the other...

For example...I email one group and it goes throught the process and then says emails sent.

When I do the same exact process for the second event, it goes through the process, then the windows disconnect screen pops-up and says I have a connection problem...as soon as I click to see what the problem is, it says all connections are good and takes me back to the DT Register Area.

I have spoke with several that are registered and some receives it and some do not...Also, some say they received the emails before and no longer receives them.
