TOPIC: [SOLVED] Thank You Page Not Visible After Registration?

Hmmm,

I have integrated Community Builder for all registrations and while an email is sent to the registrant (and admin) after completion of the transaction, there is no ONSCREEN message shown to the user at completion indicating that they are "done"

Just have a plain blank screen (within the template).

Configuation options were populated with a Message, however, it is not transmitted nor published.

How can I make this an onscreen positive message? At the moment, a new user will not know that going to their profile will reveal teh details of their completed, successful registration.

Hey Gina... you must not have the message configured that is being displayed. The "Thank you message" can come in various ways:

1) Global thank you message - shows for all events unless Pay Later is used or unless the event has a custom message.

2) Global thank you PAY LATER message - shows for all events when Pay Later was used... unless the event has a custom pay later message.

3) Each event can have a custom thank you message and pay later thank you message configured.

Whichever message is being applied to your registration just has not been setup. Easy fix
