I need to allow my users to change their registrations (registrations are both individual and group).
I've set the User Panel | Change Record Option to YES and set the Last Date to Change well into the future, but there is still no icon available in the list of registrations to edit (the cancel icon works, but not the edit icon).

I'm using 2.6.6d
