TOPIC: Display transaction date + Pay Later Email

Hi,

I want to know if there's a tag or a way to display the transaction date in the Thank you message (Without using a date custom field).

I want to know to if there's a way to send an email especially for those who subcribed via pay later, because i want to send them a receipt?

Ok dont need the pay later email anymore, im just sending a common receipt with a balance of 0$ for paypal payers..

BUT...i still need to be able to write the transaction date...anyone plz??

There is not an email tag for showing the transaction date. Since the thank you email is sent on the date of the transaction, this has never come up as a need before. I guess it could be implemented for other emails in the system though. We'll consider adding this.

Indeed, because my email is a receipt...so i want to put the date in the top right corner.

What i did temporary is to add a custum field date...that the user is obliged to fill...but he can fill in the worng date, so its problematic.

I'd like to second this for a future development. We have mocked up an invoice that gets included in the confirmation email - and to have a field/tag for the transaction date would be most useful.
