TOPIC: PayPal Interface Problem

We provide registration for several affiliated clubs. When we use PayPal we use the email address of the affiliated club as the PayPal ID in the event payment setup screen. This has worked fine until we upgraded to version 2.6.6e.

Now, when the PayPal transaction is complete, PayPal displays a message that it is returning the user to the web page of our affiliate club (if they have one), but actually returns to our website and displays the following message: "“Could not instantiate mail function”. (check spelling)".

The user receives the correct acknowledgment email "You have registered ..." from our system; system emails ("New Registration") are sent and received by the persons designated in the event setup; and the user is receiving the appropriate acknowledgment email from PayPal, showing that they sent a payment to the affiliated club.
