When JEvents becomes optional, will there be a new feature in DTRegister to display a monthly calendar like in the JEvents Calendar module? I have that set up right now, but I would like to have the dates in it point to the regular DT Register events listing, rather than the JEvents listings. Thanks...

Yes, DT Register will have its own calendar display option.

the only thing I dont like about dtregister is the dependency on jevents. It will be a much better component when it has its own calendar and backend options to add an event, right now its a double work to add events in both jevents and dt register I hope to see that update soon,

Rosa - while I agree that DT Register will be better when JEvents is not needed, BUT there has never been "double work". There is nothing that you setup in DT register that has already been done. Title, date and time is all you have to put in JEvents. None of that is done "double" anywhere else. Just two places to setup parameters... but no double work. Just clarifying that, but yes, no JEvents will be much better anyway :)

Although, DT Register is by far the best, I too don't like the fact that it's dependant on JEvents. I don't like that I have to enter data using two different components.

So, I too cannot wait for its separation. :D
