dashx - this could be done different ways... How are you doing the member discount? With a custom field selection? Also, are you using individual / group registration options? Or for the group, are you just using a custom field for the user to mark that they are registering a 2nd person? Let me know and I'll give advice from the direction you are using.

"member" in this case is a misnomer; users do not login to use the site/system or login to register for events. Anyone may visit the site and register for an event. In this case, "member" denotes a member of an affiliate organization who registers at one price while non-members pay another price.

If it is helpful, here is the url, though the back-end registration is not complete and therefore the front-end is not accurate yet.

I would like to use the individual and group registration functions and then customize for non-member individual and then group discount then group non-member. Hope this makes sense.

If you only have a one person price setup, you'll need to re-create your event which will give you the options to give multiple per person prices. Can't do that (yet) after the event is already created.

Setup the event with two prices.. $27 for one person and $22.50 per person for a group of 2 members. Set the event to have a maximum of 2 members for a group. Then set a custom field for the member to select if they are a member or non-member. Put a -5 fee for the member value. Watch our video tutorial on custom selection fields if you need further help on that. Then assign the field to be used in the event for both individual and group, and for a group, have it show for each member. That would work just fine. You could also use a discount code for the member to apply their discount.

Hope that helps.

I'll do this and post results.

I did not want to use discount codes, because members do not sign in on this site, and non-members would use the code.

I've used custom fields quite a bit but have not used multiple per-person pricing. Thanks!

Worked perfectly, thanks! I set the event for 2 prices and a max of 2 group members. Works for us because almost all groups are a couple. I've tested it with all the variations; works great. The ability to program the conditional fields is so useful. I do see where I may need to go into the language files to change some wording, though I have 6-10 events per month, so I need to be careful how the wording is altered.
