TOPIC: From waiting list to...

Hi,

i have an event with maximun of 2 registrants and 1 in waiting list.
I can find the the waiting one in the waiting list, but when i click on records and activate the seminar and the dropdown waiting i can't find the waiting customer there. What have i done wrong. Please help, it's urgent!

There is nothing to fix here. Users in the waiting list can not be moved into the registered list. It is a simple feature, just collecting waiting list user basic info. You can then contact them to notify them about an opening in the event.

What for is the option "waiting" in
backend>dth-register>records?
That's why i was asking. The waiting customers i coul'd not find there.

There is no "Waiting" setting / filter in the Records area. Each event has the option to enable/disable the waiting list. If it is disabled, then just a "full event" message is displayed instead of giving the waiting list form.
