I have an active registration and I am using 2.6.3a. The form worked and processed payments. Four registrations completed successfully - then the "Next Step" button stopped working. You can click the button - but nothing happens in Firefox. In Explorer it also stops and I get the error:

Webpage error details

Message: Object required
Line: 816
Char: 39
Code: 0
URI: https://www.xxxxxxxxxx.com/about-the-st ... individual

Please help with this one. No changes were made to the site between the time the successful registrations and the failures.

Thanks.

Well, SOMETHING changed. There is no way that it would just magically stop working :) . Hard telling without looking at your site, but my guess would be that you have a custom field setup incorrectly... probably selection limits not set right... now the field is not working due to the registrations that have been made. You need to:

1) Upgrade to the latest DT Register. Login, go to My Orders, then download the package. Follow the upgrade instructions in the readme file to get the latest version in place. You should always keep it updated.

2) Watch our new video tutorials on custom fields and learn how they are supposed to be setup. You'll probably find that you missed a couple things.

If you can't find the issue after doing the above, submit a ticket with site access.

I'm having the same problem, however I noticed it started occurring after I changed the maximum attendee count from 50 to 100.

I enter in registration details for an individual, enter the security code, and press "next step" to move on and it doesn't do a damn thing.

Ideas?

Same issue here.

2.6.6e (just upgraded to it today)

When I went into custom fields to update them per the instructions, it broke the admin template and there were no buttons - just fields without template.

I deleted the custom fields - but still can add any new ones.

any help would be appreciated

I have the same issue. I just purchased today (clean install) and I have no custom fields. I also tried turning on/off various group/ date/ waiting list features, etc. and I get the same issue.

I went back through the video tutorials again. My event payments screen in the admin doesn't look the same as in the video, but I assume that is because I have the latest version?

ssenior - as noted in your support ticket, you needed to set sh404sef to "skip" DT Register. That was your issue. DT Register doesn't work with 3rd party SEF extensions at this time. Set them to ignore DT Register and they'll be fine though.
