TOPIC: Administrator notifications not being sent

Hi,

when someone registers for an event - even though we have a valid email in the field - the admin is not being notified of the new registrant...

we're on v. 2.3.7

any thoughts?

2.3.7... seriously? Are you sure? That is beyond ancient. That series is not supported any longer. Don't know of any reason why the admin email would not be sent, but that version is old enough that I don't even remember if that was a known bug at the time or not. Before anything else, if you really want help on that site, you'll need a updated package and active license for the site.
