TOPIC: Edit Records & User receive error email

I am using DTRegister 2.6.5 and saw errors. when user edit the records, receive error message as follows

In the Admin panel -> Configuration - >Email -> Status Change Email Subject: & Paid Status Email Subject: aslo receiving same kind of error message.
