TOPIC: Public vs. Registered on Upcoming Events

I am still using an older version of DTRegister which has the following problem:

On the Module Upcoming Events ALL events are listed publicly, even if the event is for registered users only. When an unregistered user clicks on a "for registered users only" event, the error 404 page appears (rather irritating - though technically correct)... As soon as the person is registered, the correct event appears.

Could someone confirm please that the current version of the "upcoming events module" does not have this bug anymore, i.e. it does not list those events in public (i.e. for unregistered users) which are actually for registered users only???
