TOPIC: date field, custom fields & custom thank you msg not working

3 things don't work since I installed 2.6.4d:

- my custom date field (for date of birth) is broken (when you click on the date selector on the right, all that happens is all the fields input in the form so far go blank, and the very presence of the date field on the form prevents the form from submitting - click on "Next Step" and nothing happens - however, if I disable the date field, all works fine)... see for yourself here:

- If I create a new custom field, or make changes to an existing one, it won't save (clicking on Save goes to a blank screen)

- Custom Thank You Messages (both regular and Pay Later) for events don't work. When I type something in the field and click "Apply" or "save", it goes back to a blank field, losing what I wrote. The Global Thank you messages work fine.

Thanks so much for your support and for delivering a great product - DTReg, except for these little bugs here and there, does everything I need it for.

Ok, I figured this one out - somehow the new date_format column in the dtregister_fields table got left out when I upgraded (not DTReg's fault). Adding it back in solved these three issues.
