We do a payment with Authorize.Net on an American Express card.

The eMail "confimation" says - "Credit card code not processed" yet Authorize.Net says they can see the transaction.

What does this mean?

The EMAIL says "credit card code not processed"?? Never heard of that happening. What version of DT Register are you using? Are you actually signed up to accept American Express? You don't get AMEX support by default with authorize.net.

I am aware you do not get AMEX by Default.

The second sentence of my post says:

"... yet Authorize.Net says they can see the transaction."

Authorize.Net SEES the transaction!!

We are using 2.6.2 on a 1.5.14 site.

This first sentence of my reply said:

The EMAIL says "credit card code not processed"??

You didn't answer that. Troubleshooting as no one else has reported such an issue.

If the payment attempt shows in Authorize.net, what does it say? Is it accepted? Declined? If declined... why?

I am sorry for all the confusion here. I don't know how a 3 sentence post can result in such confusion.

We are using 2.6.2 on a 1.5.14 site.

I am aware you do not get AMEX by Default. We did a transaction through authorize.net. The transaction was ACCEPTED by Authorize.net.

The CONFIRMATION eMail sent from DT Register says:

Credit card code not processed

Not confusion, just getting clarification and further details that weren't included in the initial post. So the backend record in DT Register is fine... just the issue in the email?

Please upgrade to the latest DT Register package and see if that issue remains. Then please forward us an email where we can see this happening.
