TOPIC: Group registration issues DT Reg 2.6.4(c)

Hello, there seems to be some issues with the group registrations:

- The group members are not populated into the SQL-database thus not shown in the confirmation mail, admin mail and backend records page

- The "Message and/or Instructions to display above the registration form for this event" is not taken from JoomFish on the group members page (but is so on the billing address page (and is so when doing a Individual registration)).
