TOPIC: [SOLVED] major tab/config/email issues with 2.6.4a

The tab system doesn't work in FF. When I use IE8 I can see the tabs, but none of the information saves - it all goes back to empty/default when you save. I'm also all of the suddenly getting the "could not instantiate mail" issue. I switched to SendMail but the email loses most of its formatting (no spaces).

As stated in your ticket (btw, please don't post in the forum AND a ticket), got on your site and found no problem.

Others... first, we have released a 2.6.4b update to address a couple issues that happened for a couple of users... like this one. Second, whenever you upgrade, you should open the Configuration and SAVE. This will ensure that all config parameters have data stored in your database. In this user's case, the data was missing and caused an issue in the backend.
