TOPIC: Discount Code Problem

I created a new discount code for 100% off. But in the registration form it still wants the minimum deposit even though it shoe $0 due. Is this a bug or what do I need to do to fix it. I need to have a minimum deposit due and I need a discount code for 100% off. Please help

Hey, you can make a 100% discount code, even with a partial payment. We haven't come across this actual scenario before. If you have a fixed partial payment amount, that will show on the form, but your code will also show $0.00 due... so no payment options will be given as nothing will be expected to be paid. The only snag is that the backend record will show the deposit amount as a negative value (like a refund amount shows). So the amount due value for the record will not be exactly correct, but the registration will go through as needed.

We'll look into making some changes so this type of scenario works better. For now, it does work though.
