When a user selects Pay Later and we actually receive the payment, edit the Registration record, and mark them as "PAID", can an eMail be sent at this point?

Of course. The configuration area ("Email" tab) has an automatic message that can be sent for Paid Status changes. You have to configure that email message/subject AND enable the message.

This kind of thing is covered in the video tutorials so be sure to check them out ;)

Is this available only in the latest release?

We are running 2.5.8 and I do not see this.

Also Don't forget to fill in the ammount !! important otherwise its not marked as paid

Is there a Joomfish item to translate this email? I have users who register either in German or English, and they should receive the "Paid Status Change Email Notice" (as it is officially called :wink: ) in the languge they registered in.

In Joomfish, it is neither under DT Register Event Messages nor under DT Register Config messages.

In Joomfish, under DT Register Config, there is onle item regarding payment confirmaiton (payment_confirm), but it is not clear if this is an online message or an email.

So far, I have opted to put both texts (English and German) in the Paid Status Change Email Notice found under Configuration/Emails tab.

Any suggestions on how to do what I ask in the first paragraph?
