Is it possible to set defaults for maximum attendees, individual/group/both, price, etc.?

I have 38 unique one-hour webinars that I need to key in values for and frankly I'm finding this a bit daunting. Hopefully I'll be repeating these during the last half of the year, but I have over 250 one-hour webinars available, so it'd be a huge relief to find a way to enter default values where all new events would be populated with these values.

I will try to find this out on my own by examining the code, but hope that you're all quicker with an answer than I expect to be.

Thank you so much,

Deborah

Deborah - you can't set default values BUT you should use the COPY feature. Instead of clicking NEW, select an event that has all or most of the same settings, then click COPY. You'll start a new event creation using all of the same settings.

Thanks. For some reason I thought I had to create events in JEvents first and then select from the list of events then add the info. It didn't occur to me to create one JEvent, use it to create my first event in dtRegister and then copy that over and over again...silly me! Gotta love those brain cramps!

Thanks, again.

You were not incorrect. You DO have to create each event in Jevents first... for now. This will be changing soon. Anyway, you can COPY in JEvents to create additional occurrences of the event. Then in DT Register, when you COPY your event, you'll have a dropdown of events to choose which come from available events in JEvents... just like when you create a new event in DT Reg.

Right, OK. And I see that if I select both the individual and group entry for the event it will copy the entire thing...that took me a while to figure out.

Thanks for the tip.
