TOPIC: Indavidual Registration Amount Paid

Hello,

I ave been testing and testing my install of 2.6.3, and just found an error, and not sure where its coming from.

In the back end, if i add an individual registration and add any $$ amount to the Amount Paid, then save, the $$ i enter is not saved or calculated against the total cost of the event. If i choose an existing registration I can enter payments successfully their.

Also, when i choose to edit a registration record, the Amount Paid lable reads DT_Amount_Paid, however i have checked the launguage file and it is specified properly in their. This problem i noticed as soon as i updated to 2.6.3.

Anyway, is this a issue that has already been addressed, or did i manage to break something?

If you are seeing DT_AMOUNT_PAID, then you don't have the latest build because that was definitely addressed. The other issue you mentioned is not a familiar one. After updating (to 2.6.3a) let us know if that persists and we'll dig into that further.

Hello... So i have updated to the latest version and the error with the amount paid not storing during registration in the admin side is still present.

What happens is this... select event, choose new individual registration (not tested with group as i don't use group reg so not setup), then enter all the details. In the field "Amount Paid" enter any dollar amount. When done click SAVE. You will see the total amount owing does not reflect the payment you entered. In fact, click on the registration you just created and you will see that the amount you entered is not there.

I tested this on your demo site to be sure i hadn't changed something to cause this, and sure enough it happens there to. (event CMII Course 2)

Once you open to edit an existing registration and enter an amount the fields work out.

Anyway, please take a look and let me know if ive missed something here.

As this issue has to to with totals and calculations, I am wondering if it is related at all to the issue of check box fields not calculating properly in the backend. Some little bug seems to be floating around regarding the back end totals. Perhaps once the other problem is resolved this one may be to??

Any luck on this one yet?
