TOPIC: Blank Page on "home" with module "upcoming events"

I am currently experiencing a very strange issue.

When I enable the module "mod_dt_upcoming_event" on whatever position on my webpage, I get complete blank (white) page when I am on the homepage while interestingly everything is o.k. when navigating to other menu items.

In order to get the homepage back (by the way it is not browser specific and happens on Safari, Firefox,IE whatever) I need to disable the module, clear the cache and it is o.k.

DT Register itself works fine ...but I cannot use the module.

I have DT Register 2.6.3 and module version 2.5 (Feb. 25, 2010).

Be informed that I have even changed the Joomla template and I can still
reproduce at will the issue.

So something is not o.k. with the module

Any idea...?
