Just follow the upgrade instructions in the readme file that is found in the package.

Ok thanks, I read that this version has the Italian translation but I can not figure out how to set it in the control panel. Could you help me? Thanks again

If you have the /language/it-IT/ directory already for your Joomla site, then when you install DT Register, it should automatically load the Italian language file it-IT.com_dtregister.ini into that location for a frontend translation.

If it did not, you can manually load it into that directory after extracting the files from the installation zip file.

Then the file and is successfully loaded in the frontend but the translation dont work. The fields are not translated, but I read for example in the first row of the table tournaments this:
DT_EVENT
DT_EDIT
DT_AMOUNT DT_AMOUNT_DUE DT_REGISTRATION DT_DATE DT_PAYMENTS DT_CANCEL DT_STATUS

Please download the package again and either reinstall or replace the Italian file from the updated package. We found the Italian language file had an issue. Fixed. Thanks.

By the way, go ahead and replace dtregister.php on the frontend too while you're at it
