Looks like a file may have been left out of the new install package. I'm getting a similar error. Just sumbitted a ticket for it.

We discovered already and fixed a problem where two files were missing from the new 2.6.3 package which were related to custom fields. The backend will not work without them. Please download 2.6.3 again and reinstall, then you should be all set.

Thanks. I just saw your post in the announcements thread, you found and fixed the problem just as I downloaded the broken version.

Just downloaded and installed the fixed version and it works for me.

Is the new download in the My Orders area? Thanks, Sean

The download link in My Orders ALWAYS pulls the most updated package. So if we update anything, that is always where you will find it.
