My assumption is that you set the "Start Date" in DT Register as the actual date the event begins. The dates and times of the event come from JEvents. You do NOT reset anything like that in DT Register. As stated in the tooltips (and video tutorials), the Start Date in DT Register is when registration opens. So if that date has been set to any date later than today, registration is not yet open.
