Well, that is completely unrelated to this forum thread, but...

That error is because you are trying to install a community builder plugin as a regular Joomla plugin. They don't work that way. Install it in the CB Plugins area... if you are using Community Builder. This plugin is also optional.

This is all described in the readme file included in the package.

You have still not answered my previous response telling you a specific list of items to check. One of those items WILL BE the reason for records not being created.

It is posted above...

1) PayPal IPN is not enabled in the PayPal account. -
It is enabled
2) Auto-Return is turned ON in the paypal account. Must be off. -
It is off
3) One or more of your custom fields is missing from the jos_dtregister_user and/or jos_dtregister_group_member database tables.
Not sure what I am looking for here...but the user database is there and I can browse through it. However the group member database table is there with nothing in it...so can't browse through it
4) Your server is blocking PayPal IPN IP addresses.
this is working fine.

Didn't see that before. Sorry. Sounds like it is probably tied to your custom fields missing from database tables. You need to see the STRUCTURE of these two tables... not browse the contents or records inside.

You'll see both tables have fields for First Name, Last Name, Address, City, etc. All of the form fields will have an entry in these two tables. ALL of your custom fields should also be seen with a field in these two tables. Check your custom fields manager to see the NAME of each field... not the LABEL, but the NAME which is the unique name in the database. Make sure each field shows in these two tables. If one or more is missing, delete that custom fields inside of DT Register, then re-create it.

Also make sure you somehow did not end up with a duplicate field in either of these tables.

If you can't find it, you'll need to submit a ticket with super admin access to your site so we can look.
