TOPIC: [SOLVED] DT 2.6.2 is not storing the data for the registrant

I have the new 2.6.2a and when people are registering it is taking their payment but not taking their information...it worked fine with the older version I had. I have tested it 3 times and it takes the payment fine, however my information is not stored...

2.6.2a is not the very latest build for starters... beyond that, I'm guessing a bit because you didn't say HOW you were accepting payment. I'm going to guess PayPal.

Most Likely reasons why a record would not be created:

1) PayPal IPN is not enabled in the PayPal account.
2) Auto-Return is turned ON in the paypal account. Must be off.
3) One or more of your custom fields is missing from the jos_dtregister_user and/or jos_dtregister_group_member database tables.
4) Your server is blocking PayPal IPN IP addresses.

Yes...PayPal...does it matter that it worked before?

I realize it worked before... so something has changed somewhere. Just check each item that I listed. One of those should be the reason for the issue.

Not sure what I am looking for here...but the user database is there and I can browse through it. However the group member database table is there with nothing in it...so can't browse through it

this is working fine.

I just downloaded the 2.6.2b version and remembered that when I installed 2.6.2a version that the following did not install - cbplug_dtregister_records1_2_2. It did the same with the 2.6.2b version as well...I get the following message - Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.
