When we choose Authorize.net as our payment option, on the Payment Information Screen, what does the "Same as Registrant" check box do?

Can it be hidden?

That box cannot be hidden unless you get in the code and remove it. What it does it allow the user to auto-fill the name/address info on the final billing page with data from the registration form. Saves the user some time if that info is the same.

Do we have to have some setting turned on to use this feature?

The users are clicking on this check box and it is NOT autofilling from the registration form.

Then I will have to assume you are not using the latest release. There was a bug in a previous release where that checkbox was not working, but that's been fixed.
