TOPIC: Linking Events to K2 Articles

I have been using and studying Joomla's K2 article component lately and now prefer it over the default article system that Joomla used.

Does anyone know of away to link a DT Register event to a K2 article and not a joomla article.

If its not possible, will it be considered as a feature in future development?
