TOPIC: Change "Your total Registration cost" text

I've looked for this line in language file and in the php file, and I can't find it.

I want it to say something like "your basic registration cost" because there are several custom fields that add cost, so this line is misleading. Also want to change that cap R to lower case.

Where do I change this?
