TOPIC: Problems with setting up custom document upload field

I am trying to set up a custom field for uploading a photo as part of the registration.

I have attached a screen shot of my settings but here they are as well:
Max File size - 2048
Attachment type - jpg, bmp, tiff, png
Attach files in admin email - yes

Whenever I go to test the form and try to include the photo though it doesn't upload. When I hit the upload button it just goes to the next page and you don't even see a copy of the picture along with the other registration information.

Any suggestions?

You must not have the latest build of DT Register because that is a bug that has already been fixed. Please download the latest and upgrade... following the instructions in the readme file.

Also make sure that the uploads directory was successfully created on install in the core joomla images folder:

/images/dtregister/uploads/

Also make sure it is writable. Thanks.
