Howdy,

I'm trying to be creative with DTRegister. I have events/sessions that I run weekly. These sessions have their own little space on the front page. I'm introducing a "season pass" whereby I'm creating a 3-month long event in JEvents 1.5.2 then creating a DTRegister Event for it too. I've got two types of passes I'm creating, but I don't want them to show up in my "Upcoming Sessions" module (mod_dt_upcoming_events) . I had created a second mod_dt_upcoming_events module in the hopes I could be selective about what it'll advertise as upcoming, but it simply mirrors my first module.

Is there any way to tell the module yes or no to a DTRegister event? This would be pretty helpful to me.

Cheers!

No, you can select on certain categories, but not select events. Mabe you could put events that you don't want to show in the module into a separate event category, then do not select that category for inclusion in the module.

You CAN have multiple modules on the same page with different configurations too.

Oh that'd be quite nice! Yes, I actually *did* create different JEvents categories for my season "passes" vs. regular sessions/events, but didn't pay much attention to the categories on the DTRegister side. I don't know how to do it right now, but with this tidbit of info, I'll go check it out. Thanks! :)

Is there any documentation on this? Inside the module, I don't see the ability to pick out a DTRegister category. It appears rather simple. Is this something where I'll need to go into the code via CLI to change?

Cheers!

If you don't see a category selection in the module, then you don't have the latest version.

Ahh yep, that was it! I was using version 2.1 and the latest one out is 2.4. Wondered why I never bothered upgrading that one all this time?

Now I have my "season pass" module up along with my "upcoming sessions" module just how I need it.

Thanks once again!
