TOPIC: multiple registrations for same event-same credit card

Im trying to figure out how to make this work....

I had one person that was making individual registrations for multiple people and using the same credit card for payment with paypal under the same event. After making the first registration, she receives an error saying only one credit card can be used per registration for any subsequent reigstrations..

How can I allow users to register more than once using the same credit card?

Hello. I don't fully understand what you are saying, BUT DT Register does not have any message like that... DT Register does not care what credit card is being used... just cares if the payment goes through or not. There may be some type of restriction on the paypal account where payments are accepted. Not sure... never heard of anything like that happening before.

Yeah, pretty strange. I thought it mght be something through paypal, which I havent been able to find so far. It essentially said they must use another credit card on the second registration.
