Is there a way to change the order of the registration form fields.

Specifically, I want to put the "Discount Code" at least at the bottom of the " USER INFORMATION".

Hello. You can not move around the form fields without modifying the actually PHP files. The custom fields can be re-ordered though. We'll be enhancing this element very soon though.

I can certainly edit the php file. Which one, please?

Having the discount field seems to be too confusing for some applicants.

/components/com_dtregister/dtregister.php

Search for DT_DISCOUNT_CODE which is the language tag used to display "Discount Code". You'll find what you need around line 5075.
